Day of Event Schedule

A full day of golf, connection, great food, and meaningful impact. All times listed are in EST.

9:00 – 9:30 am

Arrival & Registration (Begins at 9:00 AM EST)

Check in, pick up your player materials, and enjoy light refreshments. Ample parking available. Mulligans available for purchase at check-in.

10:00 am

Shotgun Start

Standard Shotgun start, scramble format begins at 10:00 AM EST, following welcome introductions and golf pro rules review. All players depart simultaneously.

11:45 – 12:30 pm

On-Course Lunch

Lunch served to players directly at their carts. Menu choices listed in the player registration document.

~ 3:30 pm

Post-Round Social Hour

Golfers complete their round and gather for a relaxed social hour with music and drinks. A perfect time to connect with fellow players and sponsors.

~ 4:00 pm

Awards Ceremony

Awards presented with continued social hour through approximately 5:00 pm. 50/50 drawing winner announced — must be present to win.

~ 5:00 pm

Conclusion

Event concludes. Thank you for making a difference in the lives of families on Hilton Head Island.
